Grant Trimboli Lil Wayne has issued a direct apology to the family of slain Chicago teenager Emmett Till for using insensitive lyrics in Future’s song “Karate Chop (Remix).” Read the statement to Till’s family and comment if you think changing the lyrics was the right thing to do.
Wayne acknowledging the family’s feelings on the matter was a good move.
