Freddie Gibbs Disses Jeezy On “Real”

Shots fired.

Two days ago, buzzworthy rapper Freddie Gibbs debuted a Jeezy diss in Chicago titled “Real” that blogs and music fans could not stop discussing. Today, Gibbs shares the studio cut of the track with fans, and the so-called ‘snowman killa’ proves he is out for blood.

Showcasing his wordplay on the first verse before cutting to the chase on the second, “Real” is – if nothing else – another strong entry in Gibbs’ record collection. It may be hard to think about that when you’re laughing and gasping at the shade thrown toward Jeezy on the back half …

We are now less than a month away from the release date of Rick Ross‘ sixth studio album, Mastermind. Young Jeezy Releases Trayvon Martin Tribute “It’s A Cold World”

Last night, a jury comprised entirely of women acquitted George Zimmerman of 2nd degree murder, as well as the lesser charge of manslaughter, in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. The verdict sent shockwaves through a culture already crazed about the case, and in the hours since the news broke a number of artists have begun to step forward with new material related to the news.

While we’re no strangers to the idea of cashing in on major pop culture moments, seeing such a response over an acquittal is relatively new. At least a half dozen rappers have released …

Freddie Gibbs Has Choice Words For Young Jeezy

XXL caught up with former Corporate Thugz Entertainment (CTE) rapper Freddie Gibbs to discuss the split with the label this past December. Gibbs seems to still have ill feelings towards his treatment and blasts owner Young Jeezy for not being of any help during the release process of his latest mixtape, BFK. The statement below should show as enough proof.

Read a small snippet of the personal interview below and catch the rest here. UTG will make sure to report if Young Jeezy decides to defend himself later on. This should be interesting.

Six months passed, a few dozens ridiculous songs found their way through our inbox, and now we are confident we have the most outrageous, fun, crazy, wild …

STREAM: Rihanna Ft. Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Juicy J & T.I. – “Pour It Up” (Remix)

I’ve grown a bit tired of these STREAM headlines, but when there are this many people on one track it’s hard to fit every notable person in any other way.

Following the radio success of the original, Rihanna has released a star-studded remix of her single “Pour It Up.” Featuring new verses from Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, Juicy J, and T.I., the track boasts a lot of luxury life talk and next to nothing else. This shiny, but ultimately empty remix is for people who thought the original wasn’t vapid enough, and comes complete with additional bass lines for those …
