Young English Going On Hiatus

New York rockers Young English have announced that they will be going on hiatus for an undetermined amount of time. We truly wish the guys the best of luck in their future endeavors. Read the official statement from the group by simply looking below.

Pentimento have unleashed their touring schedule for the US/Canada run with friends in Daytrader.

Young English Announce North American Tour

For fans of both bands, this split sees them keeping up the momentum previous releases had. While for new fans, it is an ideal introduction.

Pentimento/Young English Split Details, Reveal Listening Party

One effort you should be excited for is almost here! Pentimento and Young English will be releasing their anticipated split EP and the cover artwork can be seen by simply looking to your left. This EP will hit stores on March 27 via Panic.

Young English Perform Acoustic

Panic Records’ own Young English were filmed performing their Absolute Access session and can be seen by simply heading though the jump! They chose to play their songs “Anchors” and “Neighbors” so sit back, hit play, and enjoy the rock and roll of Young English.

The Hotel Year/Young English Announce US Tour Dates

Mightier Than Sword’ The Hotel Year have joined up with Panic Records’ Young English and announced a string of US touring dates this coming January. The tour will begin on January 12 in Cambridge, Massachusetts and end on the 21st in Binghamton, New York.

Pentimento/Light Years Announce European Tour

Melodic punk outfit Pentimento have recently announced their European tour immediately following the extensive US tour run. The band will continue to play with Light Years and spread the word of great rock and roll.

Pentimento will be releasing a split EP with Young English, that is set to be released in early 2012 via Panic Records. 2012 is looking to be the year of Pentimento so watch out for them!

Young English Stream New EP

Young English‘s latest EP, I Hate My Friends, is currently streaming right here on Purevolume. The newest release from the band consists of four songs entitled “Neighbors,” “Anchors,” “New England,” and “I Knew You Once.”

This punk group from New York have always given us great music and this release certainly doesn’t fall short!

Pentimento EP Details Revealed

Buffalo rockers Pentimento have released that they will start recording their EP tomorrow with engineer Jay Zubricky (Kid Gorgeous, Every Time I Die). This EP will be a split with Young English and released via Panic Records in early 2012.

There are going to be four tracks contributed, one of them being a cover of Dashboard Confessionals’s “The Places You Have Come To Fear The Most.” View the full list of songs below.

Pentimento Announce Split With Young English

It has been revealed that New York’s Pentimento will are planning a release with Young English.

UTG learned of the forthcoming split today via @PopPunkWayo on Twitter. According to them, the release is happening through Panic Records and should see the light of day sometime this winter.

Pentimento has been a band on our radar for months and anything showcasing their talent is something we want to get behind. If you haven’t discovered this group yet, click here and do yourself a favor.
