WATCH: Meek Mill and Kirko Bangz Perform “Young & Gettin It” On Fallon

Meek Mill took his Dreams and Nightmares promotional tour to the set of Jimmy Fallon’s late night show yesterday, and this morning those of us unable to stay up late can enjoy the MMG artist’s performance from the comfort of our favorite screen.

“Young & Gettin It” still rings false to me when compared to the rest of his label debut, but Meek Mill does his best to make people enjoy it during this performance. Kirko is as forgettable as his breakout single, but that is not necessarily “news.” You can view the performance after the jump.

Following two rehashes of Dreamchasers 2 material, Meek Mill has finally blessed the internet with another single from his forthcoming album, Dreams & Nightmares. “Young & Gettin’ It,” which pairs Meek Mill and “Drank In My Cup” rapper Kirko Bangz, can be heard below. Compared to the other tracks that have surfaced, this is by far the weakest of the bunch, but still I find it hard to deny Mill’s ever-present skill level. The flow is dope, even Kirko delivers, but my brain cannot handle anymore near-bare, snare-lead tracks with autotune hooks. It’s over. Move on.
