Mac Miller has long been a youngster with a sense of wonder about the world of music outside hip hop. One listen to any of his releases and you’re sure to find influence from virtually every genre, so it only makes sense that he is finally stretching his legs and experimenting in these other realms himself.

Last night, Mac took to social network to drop his new EP, You. Unlike everything his fans have known him for outside of the free singles we’ve seen in 2012, this album is straight up jazz music. That is not a joke, though …

MUSIC VIDEO: The Pretty Reckless – You

The Pretty Reckless have released the new music video for their song “You” and can be seen right here on UTG! This Taylor Momsen-led video shows the singer breaking down all her barriers and performing in a dark room, with only her guitar. It is simply done and grabs your attention with every verse.

The song comes off of the band”s latest effort, Light Me Up, through Interscope Records. You can purchase the album by heading toward the iTunes link provided.

You, Me, And Everyone I Have Yet To Steal From

Fans of You, Me, And Everyone we know were heartbroken to learn of the band’s apparent demise earlier this year after news broke about vocalist Ben Liebsch stealing from the other members. There was a lot of drama and things went silent on both ends of the argument, but a post on Liebsch’s Tumblr earlier today claims YMAEWK aren’t over, just in need of new members:

Anonymous asked: I know this is late. But for the band breaking up. D:

The band didn’t break up, everyone but me quit again. New music will come, worry not.
