Among all of the crazy music industry updates we have heard lately, nothing really matches up to the disturbing news of Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman signing heiress Paris Hilton. He recently opened up to The Los Angeles Times about signing Hilton to a major deal.

Lil Wayne brings the entire crew together today for the release of his new “Tapout” music video. This video was directed by Hannah Lux Davis and features Birdman, Future, Mack Maine and Nicki Minaj.

Not only does the Rich Gang take the cake for an elaborate video but we even find special cameos from Paris Hilton, Christina Milian and so many more. Paris and Christina are aiming to spike the rich guy’s drink while they steal all of his valuables. Classy. Look out for appearances from Bow Wow and DJ Khaled as well.

Lil Wayne has issued a direct apology to the family of slain Chicago teenager Emmett Till for using insensitive lyrics in Future’s song “Karate Chop (Remix).” Read the statement to Till’s family and comment if you think changing the lyrics was the right thing to do.

Young Money owner Birdman has broken his silence regarding the rumor of Lil Wayne’s seizure last week were due to a overdosage of codeine. Late last night head honcho Birdman released two important release dates. One of them being the release for Ace Hood’s next full-length Trials & Tribulations and the other being the YMCMB mixtape, entitled Rich Gang: Flashy Lifestyle.
