WATCH: Alex Goot and We Are The In Crowd Cover Pink’s “Just Give Me A Reason”

One of today’s kings of covers, Alex Goot, has teamed up with We Are The In Crowd to give their rendition of Pink‘s “Just Give Me A Reason.”

The piano-driven cover is similar to a lot of Goot’s prior work which includes covers of Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry as well as some of his own original music.

Teaming up with We Are The In Crowd for this cover made a lot of sense since vocalist Tay Jardine’s voice slightly resemble that of Pink’s.

Ever since the news dropped that Yellowcard would be touring with The Wonder Years and We Are the In Crowd, I’ve been anxiously awaiting the dates. Finally, we can give you the details to what may be one of the best tours of the Fall. Hitting almost every major market, Yellowcard is back, and they are going to bring along some of their favorite labelmates. I for one will be at the Philadelphia date. It’s going to be a really, really great tour.

Florida pop-punk outfit Yellowcard released a new song via MTV today titled “Here I Am Alive,” and it features the likes of Tay Jardine of We Are the In Crowd fame helping out on the vocals. While the song is a little poppy for my taste, there is no doubt that Yellowcard puts out really solid songs, and here at UTG we are really excited for more material from the group. Yellowcard is set to release their new record Southern Air on August 14 via Hopeless Records.

Pop rockers We Are The In Crowd jave announced that they will be heading out on a brief tour in October with Young Guns and UTG has the details.

This tour will begin in Portsmouth on October 8 and end in London on October 17 so be sure to pick up your tickets when they become available online.
