This just might be the greatest video on the internet today.

American Opera has spent the entirety of his summer on the Vans Warped Tour, and each week along the way he has released an acoustic cover of material from other various Warped Tour artists. We’ve seen AO tackle many scene staples to date, but this week the one and only John Bee has truly outdone himself by providing the world with a stripped down take on Riff Raff’s “Dolce & Gabbana.”

Yes, the Michigan-born singer-songwriter has transformed Riff Raff’s biggest song into an acoustic offering that will have you …

The festival released a video shot by Grant Cotter announcing that he, and handful of other comedians, will be heading out on the tour this summer. You can read Cotter’s announcement video below.

I have seen a number of naysayers and the like express some outrage at the idea of a music festival hosting a comedy tent, but the news has also been well-received amongst many others. I personally think it’s a great way to give …

Head North And Have Mercy Comment On Front Porch Step

Within hours of Front Porch Step announcing the cancellation of all current tour plans, two of the bands who planned on sharing the road with singer-songwriter Jake McElfresh in coming months have broken their silence regarding the recent sexual harassment allegations.

Head North and Have Mercy were two of the groups planning to support Mcelfresh on Front Porch Step’s first US headlining tour. That series of shows was originally scheduled to begin on February 9, but those plans were cancelled in recent days. Capping off a week filled with rumors and allegations of sexual harassment, Front Porch Step is apparently no longer a part of the Pure Noise Records family.

Early this morning, a diligent UTG reader brought to our attention the fact Front Porch Step, otherwise known as Jake McElfresh, has been removed from the roster page of Pure Noise Records’ official site. The two recordings the label released over the last year are still listed on the releases, but all other mentions seem to have been removed at some point in recent days.
