Dan Bogosian Manchester-based indie rockers The 1975 have signed to Vagrant Records. They have an EP, Sex EP, coming out on November 20, but a full record produced by Mike Crossey, who has worked with the Arctic Monkeys, is expected in early 2013. They had an EP released earlier in 2012, called the Facedown.

June 28th, 2012 Michael Meeze Bloomingdale, Indiana indie folk and alt-country quintet Murder By Death have released the details for their forthcoming sixth album. The group’s new album will be entitled Bitter Drink, Bitter Moon and will drop on September 25. Bitter Drink, Bitter Moon is Murder By Death’s follow-up to 2010′s stellar Good Morning, Magpie. The record will feature thirteen tracks which you can check out after the jump.

June 19th, 2012 Michael Meeze Post-hardcore mainstays, Senses Fail, are releasing their “Best Of” collection today entitled, Follow Your Bliss: The Best of Senses Fail. The record, which is dropping via Vagrant Records, has sixteen tracks spanning the quintet’s decade-plus career. June 13th, 2012 Grant Trimboli School of Seven Bells have released their dramatic new visuals for “The Night” and can be seen here on UTG! This song comes off of SVIIB’s recent album, Ghostory, available through Vagrant Records.
