One of the singles from the album is titled “Mad At Myself,” and the group took some time to record an acoustic version of the song. Breathe Carolina

Watch Breathe Carolina’s Music Video For “Chasing Dreams” Feat. Tyler Carter

Breathe Carolina released their fourth studio album, Savages, just a couple of days ago on April 15. This was also their first album without founding member Kyle Evan. There are a handful of guest vocalists on the album, including Tyler Carter. He makes his appearance on the single “Chasing Dreams,” and that’s the song Breathe Carolina have now released a music video for.

The video starts off with frontman David Schmitt walking around a house with a handycam. Tyler Carter shows up, and the two of them start passing around the camera to their buddies. Most of the …

Rebel Revive

REVIEW: Jamie’s Elsewhere – ‘Rebel/Revive’

Artist: Jamie’s Elsewhere
Album: Rebel/Revive
Genre: Post-hardcore
Label: Unsigned

Jamie’s Elsewhere have had some dramatic changes in their sound over the years. They’ve yet to release two full-length studio albums in a row with the same frontman so it’s been an interesting ride for fans who’ve been there since the beginning. After they left Victory Records their future seemed uncertain, but after some silence they recruited a new vocalist and promised more music. It didn’t take long for them to start teasing new music, and what was released seemed promising.

Considering the group has had different frontmen for their albums, …

Slaves Confirm Guest Vocals By Kyle Lucas, Tyler Carter & Vic Fuentes On Debut Album

Considering Jonny Craig is the frontman of the newly formed group Slaves, it comes as no surprise for us to find out he recruited his long time buddy Kyle Lucas as a guest vocalist for their debut album. It seems that Lucas won’t be the only guest vocalist on the album, as the band confirmed via Twitter that fans will also get to hear songs featuring Issues‘ Tyler Carter, and Pierce The Veil‘s Vic Fuentes. While all of these musicians are exciting, I’m personally most excited to hear Fuentes on the album. They have fallen below the …

Breathe Carolina Debut “Chasing Hearts” Featuring Tyler Carter

The promotional efforts surrounding Breathe Carolina’s forthcoming album continue this afternoon with the release of a new song titled “Chasing Hearts.”

I don’t think anyone would think of Breathe Carolina if they were asked to choose their favorite group in the current alternative scene based on love songs, but there is something superbly romantic about “Chasing Hearts.” It’s as close to releasing a power ballad the group have come in years, but its hook still packs an energetic punch to lift even the most melancholy souls from the gutter. You can stream the song via lyric video below.…
