Transit Release Shirt To Support Boston Bombing Victims

Stoneham, Massachusetts’ Transit has released a brand new shirt intended to help provide relief for the victims of last week’s bombings in Boston.

It was endlessly frustrating to not be able to reach out a helping hand to friends, families, loved ones, and our city. We have never been so proud to be where we’re from. We hope this helps,” the band posted to Facebook.

MUSIC VIDEO: Transit – “Nothing Lasts Forever”

We’re basically feeling the new Transit stuff, especially the song “Nothing Lasts Forever”. Not digging it yet? It’s a grower! Regardless, anyone who has been following this band for any length of time knows that Transit is more than one song or a singular, unassailable release to which all others in their catalog pale in comparison. They’ve grown from album to album; pretty admirable for any band, especially for one operating within the progression-unfriendly confines of the pop-punk genre.

So you had to know that we were going to give some ups to the music video when it dropped. …
