Endwell “Retire” From Touring

New York rockers Endwell have announced they will no longer be hitting the open road.

In a statement release Saturday afternoon, Endwell updated fans on everything in their lives and essentially say that other commitments (IE growing up) is requiring them to retire from touring. This is not the end however, as the group does plan to focus on future studio releases. You can read the full statement below:

This tour will find direct support from friends Four Year Strong, The All-American Rejects, The Blackout, and Twin Atlantic on select dates. David Lee Roth Touring With Van Halen Next Year

Van Halen has revealed that they will be heading out on tour in 2012, with singer David Lee Roth, marking this as their first performance in five years. The news was announced this morning via a video on YouTube, which shows the band rehearsing on stage. Specific tour dates have yet to be revealed but tickets begin to go on sale January 10.

Along with their forthcoming tour, Van Halen has been reportedly been working on a new album for the past three years as well as signing to Interscope Records recently.

The Weeknd Teases Tour Plans

Canadian crooner The Weeknd just ignited a fan outcry on Twitter after teasing tour plans for the sorta-near future.

Around 3:44 PM EST, The Weeknd tweeted “after this trilogy is complete… i’m going to come see all of you… love.”

Fans familiar with The Weeknd’s discography will know “trilogy” is a reference to his ongoing mixtape series that gained a second entry in August (Thursday). There is still no street date for this final entry, but tweets like this lead us to believe it may be sooner than later.

The Promise Ring continue to tease fans today with the release of a short and vague viral clip that is sure to spawn a wealth of rumors and conversation.
