Radiator Hospital Announce US Tour

Philly pop rock band Radiator Hospital put out a new full-length this year that we’ve been spinning relentlessly. The album, titled Torch Songscame out on Salinas Records and is a tidy collection of the band’s best traits: reckless guitars, pop riffs, and poignant, relatable lyrics. The four-piece will be hitting the road in support of said release, making a series of stops across the US over the course of September and October.

Not all of the stops have venues listed yet, but the band will be updating the schedule over the next few weeks. To find out more …

OM

OM Announce Fall Tour Dates

Last we heard from experimental drone metal band OM, they were touring in support of their excellent fifth album, Advaitic Songs, in 2012. The Drag City release saw them growling their best behind a wave of black shirts and deadpan stares like they do best. Now the trio will be hitting the road again for a short US tour this fall, presumably covering a range of their material.

Their dates kick off in Boston on October 2 at The Sinclair and see them traveling through New England all the way to Minneapolis and Kentucky in a little over a …

Kimbra Announces Fall US Tour Dates

In 2011, Kimbra made her splash in the US by starring in Gotye’s massive hit “Somebody That I Used to Know” and received high praise for her own full-length record, Vows. Now the New Zealand singer-songwriter is dropping bizarre, infectious hits like “90s Music” off her upcoming sophomore album, The Golden Echo, due out August 19 via Warner Bros. In support of that release, she will be hitting the road this fall for a short US tour.

The headlining tour kicks off on October 20 in San Francisco, sees a stopover at the Life Is Beautiful Festival in …

Dark Time Sunshine

Dark Time Sunshine Have “No Worries”

I really can’t believe two years have passed since Dark Time Sunshine dropped ANX, but alas, here we are. Today, however, the alternative hip-hoppers consisting of emcee Onry Ozzborn and producer Zavala, are back with a brand new, carefree track to get you amped for their new tour.

Premiering over at Potholes In My Blog, “No Worries” continues DTS’ brand of clever and intelligent wordplay garnished over creative and ofttimes smartly minimalistic production to make for a characteristically stellar jam.

Currently, “No Worries” appears to be a one-off single simply created as a gift for the duo’s fans, …

UTG PREMIERE: Big Awesome – “Foliage”

On their second EP, Birdfeeder, South Carolinian emo outfit Big Awesome made a concentrated yet powerful ripple within the underground music community that has led into a culmination of exciting events for the duo. Starting off with the repressing of Birdfeeder by German label Happy Little Trees last month alongside the recent confirmation of their addition to The Fest’s coveted 2014 lineup, the perfect amount of buzz is now pushing them forward as they look towards the release of their debut full-length.

Entitled Party On, the record has few details surrounding it as of now, but who …

Little Daylight

Little Daylight Announce US Tour Dates

Brooklyn alt-electronic trio Little Daylight have slowly been winning us over with each single they’ve dropped, and now it seems we can finally give them a listen in person. The band are hitting the road this August for several US tour dates with Clean Bandit and Young Rising Sons.

Their debut album, Hello Memorycame out this week and we’ve been spinning “My Life” ever since it dropped last month. It seems like they’re able to craft bright synthpop without ditching individuality — something that’s hard to do with all the bands testing similar waters. Along with …
