Remember that great indie rock band from Long Island that never seemed to be fully appreciated, even though their music really is a work of art? Yes, As Tall As Lions have some news for you, but it isn’t the reunion you want it to be.
In September of 2010, As Tall As Lions announced, much to fans’ disappointment, that they would be splitting up to pursue other projects. Earlier today, the band logged back in to their Facebook page to say that their Farewell DVD will be completed in time for Christmas. “It’s a long time coming,” they wrote. …

Villains are a metal outfit hailing from Oswego, Illinois. The band has a large number of tour dates coming up later this month alongside Gift Giver, Every Hand Revealed and more. This is supposed to be the band’s first tour together, but had to unfortunately announce earlier that their vocalist has decided to part ways with the band. They said they knew this was something that could happen, but did not indicate why he is leaving the band.
It’s not all bad news though, and the following may get concert goers that much more excited to see them live this …
It’s an oddly sensational euphoria, being able to deem something so chaotic, raw and exhilarating as a truly cleansing experience. But, it is the only way to describe a letlive. performance. It can be argued that no other act on the planet contains the crafted balance of poise and passion that you see within the members of this Los Angeles modern punk outfit. It’s not a spiritual sort of cleansing, no. It’s far more transparent and directly impactful. And that is what appears to be the formula behind letlive. — transparency mixed with an unanointed sense of humbleness for …

Big Boi and André 3000 of OutKast reunited in Atlanta yesterday. The beautiful proof lies in a photo of the two men posted on Big Boi’s Instagram (which can be seen here) saying ”Just leaving the old Stewart Ave. #unfuckwittable”.
Andre 3000 and Big Boi have been on hiatus as OutKast since 2007 after the release of their 2006 album, Idlewild. As Revolt TV reported about a week ago, OutKast will be touring in 2014. The only confirmed date so far is a stop at California’s music festival Coachella in Indio. Now that we finally have proof of them …

Just when you thought Yeezus season was winding down…
Kanye West is currently touring the country on the Yeezus tour, and every so often he visits a radio station or other media outlet for rare, sometimes unplanned interviews. No one says no to Kanye, or should we say the numbers Kanye can pull, and every time such an interview happens the internet becomes flooded with headlines about Chicago’s golden child and whatever it is he plans to do next.
While conducting a recent radio interview, West stated that he “would like to have another album out by next summer.” He …
