Garbage Announce Tour Dates For 20 Year Anniversary Of Debut Album

It’s hard to believe that Garbage have been around since the mid nineties. They released their debut full-length album in August of 1995, which means its twenty-year anniversary is in about five months. Fans will be glad to hear that the band is planning on embarking on some tours in celebration of the milestone.

So far there are only two dates, but it sounds like the group is planning some additional dates. They will perform in Paris and then London this coming November. You can find the tour flyers for both performances below.

Sam Smith Announces US Summer Tour

Despite having recently wrapped up an extensive North American run, rising pop sensation Sam Smith will return to the road this coming summer to visit 19 additional US venues, including Miami’s American Airlines Arena, and Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Hot Chip Announce New Album and Tour, Debut First Single “Huarache Lights”

Need a burst of energy this morning? Hot Chip has your back. The British dance-rockers have unleashed “Haurache Lights,” the first single from their just-announced new album Why Make Sense?, which is due out on May 19 through Domino Records.

Why Make Sense? is already available for pre-order in a variety of formats, with a deluxe edition of the album featuring the standard 10-song LP along with an additional 4-track EP entitled Separate.

In November I discovered an awesome indie band at the Iceland Airwaves Music Festival named Árstíðir. Last year the group launched a Kickstarter in order to record and release their third studio album. The Kickstarter was so successful, that the band has decided to embark on a tour in the US. As of right now, they only have four dates scheduled, but the band has promised to announce additional dates in the near future. Affiance Announce Second Leg Of Headlining Tour

This past September the metalcore outfit known as Affiance released their third full-length album, titled Blackout. In celebration of the release the band set out on a headlining tour with Phinehas.
