Limp-Bizkit

Limp Bizkit [Finally] Announce US Tour With Machine Gun Kelly

I don’t know who is handling PR for Limp Bizkit right now, but they deserve to be fired.

Over the weekend, news broke over Twitter that Limp Bizkit would be performing stateside this fall. Several venues posted information about headlining events featuring the “Nookie” rockers, including the House of Blues in Boston. Today, pre-sales for many of those shows went on sale, but as far as we can tell no one from the Limp Bizkit camp has taken the time to inform the public the band is embarking on a multi-week tour starting at the end of September. Even better, …

Bright Light Bright Light

Bright Light Bright Light Opening Elton John’s US Tour

Elton John will be coming to the US for his North American tour this September and, until now, the opener spot had gone unlisted. Our hats are tipped to Welsh electro-pop act Bright Light Bright Light for winning that spot. John joined him in the studio to sing on “I Wish We Were Leaving” off his new album Life Is Easy, but the two haven’t actually performed it together. Now it looks like they may get that chance.

“I’m taking him on tour with me in the summer because I want him to get him some exposure, as he’s …

Alesana Announce Fall Headlining Tour

Alesana are certainly keeping themselves busy this year. They released a music video for the single they dropped in 2013, they released an EP to celebrate their ten-year anniversary and they also headlined an anniversary tour. Now the band has announced yet another headlining tour, which has been dubbed ‘Chaos Is A Ladder Tour.’ There aren’t a ton of stops, but the group will be embarking on the tour this September bringing with them Megosh, The Funeral Portrait and The Things They Carried. You can check out the tour poster with all the dates below the jump.

How To Dress Well Shares “Let U Know” and Adds Tour Dates

After the release of the fantastic What Is This Heart?, How To Dress Well is streaming one more beautiful track that wasn’t on the proper release, but was recorded during and was a track that’s necessary for everyone to hear, called “Let U Know.”

In the press release, he mentions the origin of his album title and how this song is apparently a “partial cover of a song by [Tom] Krell’s friend oFF Love.” “In singing ‘Let U Know,’ I discovered the title of my album and a lot of its meaning — I needed this song to be …

Radiator Hospital

Radiator Hospital Announce US Tour

Philly pop rock band Radiator Hospital put out a new full-length this year that we’ve been spinning relentlessly. The album, titled Torch Songscame out on Salinas Records and is a tidy collection of the band’s best traits: reckless guitars, pop riffs, and poignant, relatable lyrics. The four-piece will be hitting the road in support of said release, making a series of stops across the US over the course of September and October.

Not all of the stops have venues listed yet, but the band will be updating the schedule over the next few weeks. To find out more …

OM

OM Announce Fall Tour Dates

Last we heard from experimental drone metal band OM, they were touring in support of their excellent fifth album, Advaitic Songs, in 2012. The Drag City release saw them growling their best behind a wave of black shirts and deadpan stares like they do best. Now the trio will be hitting the road again for a short US tour this fall, presumably covering a range of their material.

Their dates kick off in Boston on October 2 at The Sinclair and see them traveling through New England all the way to Minneapolis and Kentucky in a little over a …

Kimbra

Kimbra Announces Fall US Tour Dates

In 2011, Kimbra made her splash in the US by starring in Gotye’s massive hit “Somebody That I Used to Know” and received high praise for her own full-length record, Vows. Now the New Zealand singer-songwriter is dropping bizarre, infectious hits like “90s Music” off her upcoming sophomore album, The Golden Echo, due out August 19 via Warner Bros. In support of that release, she will be hitting the road this fall for a short US tour.

The headlining tour kicks off on October 20 in San Francisco, sees a stopover at the Life Is Beautiful Festival in …
