Chris Cash Money Records CEO Birdman spoke exclusively to MTV.co.uk this week, revealing Lil Wayne’s album plans for 2009. And in a change to expected plans, it seems both Tha Carter 4 and The Rebirth are due to drop this year, as Birdman explained:

“Tha Carter 4 is out December 15th, we won’t release The Rebirth as a double CD like people are saying. Both will be out before 2010. We’re looking to take over the game completely, flood the market. The Grammy’s are ours next year.”
