Latest Rise Records signees The Jealous Sound have unleashed their music video for “A Gentle Reminder” and can be seen here.

Be sure to grab their deluxe version of A Gentle Reminder over on iTunes now. Rise Records has plans on re-releasing The Jealous Sound’s first two albums as a deluxe package. Watch out for their self-titled EP and Kill Them with Kindness to be re-released in summer 2013. The group will also be writing and recording for a new album, which will find its way to us all in 2014.

The Jealous Sound Sign To Rise Records; New Album In 2014

The Jealous Sound announced late last night that they have been signed to Rise Records! Congratulations to everyone involved in this excellent deal.

The band plan on re-releasing a deluxe version of A Gentle Reminder on February 5, which will include four bonus tracks. Their double vinyl release includes all the songs on the deluxe version as well as two remixes of “Got Friends”. One remix is done by Jimmy Tamborello of the Postal Service.

Rise Records also plans on re-releasing The Jealous Sound’s first two albums as a deluxe package. Watch out for their self-titled EP and Kill Them

Balance And Composure Announce First Headlining Tour

Balance And Composure have been an opening act on some very impressive tours over the last few years, including recently opening on the Violent Waves Tour for Circa Survive. However, this time it’s B&C’s turn to play the headliner, announcing their first ever full US headlining tour kicking off in late January.

The tour will feature support from acts Daylight and The Jealous Sound, each appearing on the entire winter tour. This tour is certainly one of the better tours announced  for next year so be sure to pick up tickets to a show in your city when they drop …

Daytrader to Tour UK

Alternative Rock upstarts, Daytrader, will be doing an “extensive” United Kingdom tour in the coming months. The Long Island, New York quartet confirmed as much through Twitter yesterday. Take the jump to read what the guys had to say.

Daytrader To Release Split With The Jealous Sound

Long Island punk band Daytrader have revealed they will be releasing a special tour split 7-inch with The Jealous Sound. The split will be available through Rise Records and fans can pick up a copy of the release on the upcoming tour this fall featuring the two bands.

The new release comes on the heels of Daytrader’s new full length, Twelve Years, available now on Rise Records. More information on the songs for the new 7-inch is expected to be released soon, so in the meantime be sure check out the dates for the band’s tour with The Jealous …
