The Dangerous Summer Perform Acoustic Version Of New Song “Catholic Girls”

The Dangerous Summer have been quiet lately about the release of any material but recently a special acoustic video has hit the net.

TDS was recorded on an Android phone playing an acoustic rendition of their new song “Catholic Girls” and really comes through with angst and power. UTG knows this song has a lot of heart and will continue to be a hit in our iTunes. Keep it locked on here for more information from The Dangerous Summer in the coming weeks.

The Dangerous Summer Added To The Early November Album Release Show

The Dangerous Summer have confirmed that they will be playing The Early November’s album release, in Philly, on June 30. This show also finds support from Daytrader.

The Dangerous Summer Premiere “Siren” Acoustic

Remember how UTG posted about Divided By Friday teaming up earlier with Absolutepunk for an exclusive song stream? Alternative Press are currently streaming The Dangerous Summer‘s acoustic version of “Siren” off of the Hopeless Records’ release.

The Dangerous Summer Reveal They Were Not Kicked Off Tour

The Dangerous Summer fans can calm themselves down because the group revealed today that they are still apart of the Canadian tour.

Their guitarist/vocalist Cody Payne Tweeted recently that the band were not slated to play last night in Kingston and told people not to freak out. The Dangerous Summer Launch Kickstarter For Documentary/Live DVD

Maryland rockers The Dangerous Summer have started up a Kickstarter account to raise $11,000 for a special documentary/Live DVD for their fan base. The group have already reached $2,623 and have until April 16 (3:14pm EDT) to reach their goal before the account is shut down.

The Dangerous Summer have announced earlier today that they will be touring through Canada in March. This tour will spread from late March through the middle of April and last for an entire month! Check these guys out if you have the chance.

The Dangerous Summer have added more dates to their US tour with supporting acts Weatherbox, Divided By Friday, and Ten Second Epic. These dates will start in February and March and will be supporting TDS’s recent release, War Paint.

The Dangerous Summer Update On Tyler Minsberg

The Dangerous Summer frontman AJ Perdomo has finally come forward regarding the rumors about drummer Tyler Minsberg quitting the band again. Tyler performed yesterday but was absent at today’s show, when rumors started up.

MUSIC VIDEO: The Dangerous Summer – No One’s Gonna Need You More

The Dangerous Summer have released their music video for the song “No One’s Gonna Need You More,” that comes off of the group’s latest release War Paint.

The band takes the popular “lyrics on objects” approach and do a decent job at getting the love theme across.

The Dangerous Summer Post Studio Video

The Dangerous Summer have not broken up and to prove it they’ve uploaded a new studio video for fans to enjoy.

Posted on Facebook Sunday evening, the video you can see after the jump is entitled “Knives” and features the band jamming what sounds like a new song. There were no details posted along with the clip, but we can only imagine it means that good things, including new songs, are on the way.

The Dangerous Summer Canceling All Shows/ Possibly Breaking-Up

There has been rumors upon rumors spreading around The Dangerous Summer‘s camp right now. We don’t know how else to say it then TDS might be taking a permanent break soon.

Apparently, the group are canceling their US Tour with Hit The Lights/Such Gold and all shows until December 17 to reasons beyond the band’s control. UTG has the official short statement from TDS as well as Nick Thompson, from Hit The Lights, after he heard what was going on.
