After independently releasing two EPs over the past two years, California progressive rock outfit CHON have revealed they are the newest addition to Sumerian Records’ roster. Along with the exciting announcement that finds them among the ranks of Animals As Leaders and Periphery, the group have also stated their debut full-length will hit stores via Sumerian in 2015.

Periphery Announce Details For Their Dual Album Release; Premiere Lead Single

In 2012 Periphery released their sophomore studio album through Sumerian Records. After that release the group exploded in popularity, and found themselves touring all over the world. Now that some time has passed they are ready to unleash not one, but two more albums. They have announced that they will release Juggernaut: Alpha and Juggernaut: Omega on January 27 via Sumerian Records and Century Media.

Stick To Your Guns Announce 2015 US Tour

In line with announcing the upcoming release of their fifth studio album, Disobedient, in February 2015, Stick To Your Guns have also announced the Disobedient Tour. The month-long run will begin a few days after the record’s release and will span through the beginning of March.

Supporting the Orange Country hardcore outfit will be The Amity Affliction, Being As An Ocean, ’68, and In Hearts Wake. VIP tickets are now available for purchase here, while general admission tickets are scheduled to go on sale on November 26.

When you are a fan of an artist or musician, you’d like to think they are impervious to human flaws. Unfortunately, they are not infallible. Apparently Miss Fortune‘s frontman, Mikey Sawyer, was arrested October 24 for domestic violence.
