STREAM: Wardell – “Call It What You Want”

I love the idea of Summer. Driving to the beach with the windows down, eating mass amounts of Otter Pops, going to the drive-ins, and listening to infectious indie pop that just oozes that same beloved theme. We can enjoy that music anywhere, at any time of the year without getting a sunburn, but to listen to it while the sun is out and the thermometer is ready to pop, adds to the effect and makes it so much more worthwhile.

Theo and Sasha Spielberg are an LA-based brother/sister duo that make up the melodic Cali pop outfit, Wardell. …

Steven Spielberg Announces ‘Obama’

Every year the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) hosts a dinner on the last Saturday in April at the Washington Hilton. The event, which is usually attended by the President and Vice President, celebrates the prior year and offers the journalists who spend all their time covering the White House a chance to relax and enjoy a night out. Last night was no different, and this morning, clips from some of the more memorable moments have begun making their way online.

At one point last night, director Steven Spielberg unveiled a video announcement outlining plans for his next film. It …

It’s Official: ‘Jurassic Park 4′ Hits Theaters In Summer 2014

Two decades have passed since the original Jurassic Park debuted in theaters, but next year audiences will once again be able to take a trip to a land where dinosaurs still roam.

Universal has finally set a release date for the long-rumored and gestating Jurassic Park 4. The 3D sequel (don’t act surprised) is expected to hit theaters June 13, 2014.

Steven Spielberg will produce the film, which is being penned by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver (Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes). No director has been named, but the recent delay of Robopocalypse has lead …

TRAILER: Lincoln

There are days when I watch tons of trailers, all of which seem relatively uninteresting. I see rehash after rehash, remake after remake, and just plain crap. Steven Spielberg’s trailer for his newest movie Lincoln has chills going down my spine.

The movie tells the story of Abraham Lincoln’s presidency, and I could not think of a better man to play him than Daniel Day-Lewis. He fits the role perfectly, and I can already hear “and the Oscar goes to…” ringing in my head. Not only is Daniel Day-Lewis looking amazing in it, you can bet that he will be …
