Anchor & Braille have released the music video for the song “Goes Without Saying”, which is taken off their recently released full length album The Quiet Life. This is one of my favorite tracks on the entire album, so if you haven’t had the chance to check it out yet then I definitely recommend giving it a whirl!

Winter Haven, Florida alternative rock quintet, Anberlin, will be releasing their sixth album, Vital, sometime in mid-October via Universal Republic Records. Vital will be Anberlin’s first record since their divisive 2010 album, Dark Is the Way, Light Is a Place. As well, Anberlin have revealed to AbsolutePunk.net that Vital‘s first single, “Self Starter”, will drop on August 1.
In an interview with AbsolutePunk.net, Anberlin lead singer, Stephen Christian, proclaimed that he wants Vital to be “one with the fans.” Christian has hinted in the past that Vital will be Anberlin’s hardest-hitting record to date. Take the jump …

Anberlin singer Stephen Christian has decided to leave the tour early due to urgent family issues. The group has been on the road with Switchfoot since the first of this month. Anberlin has announced they will continue the tour without Stephen and will have temporary vocalists for the remainder of the dates.

working w/ dave elkins was amazing, can safely say that 1/2 the A&B record is complete now. whole new respect for the guy on several levels.
As stated in the tweet, Christian has been working on the record with Dave Elkins, vocalist for Mae. There is no confirmed release date for the new record at this point.
Every Avenue have recruited Anberlin’s Stephen Christian to help them write their next album, which is due out sometime next year.
