Go Behind The Scenes Of ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ In This New Video

Everyone believed the Star Wars panel at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con would be a major event, but no one knew exactly what to expect. The cast was present–including ‘The Legacy Players,’ Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford–as was director JJ Abrams, and somewhere in the middle a behind-the-scenes video from the production of Episode VII was revealed. Twitter was buzzing with talk about the clip and within an hour of the event the footage was made available online. Who needs religion when you have JJ Abrams, am I right? God can’t compete with that kind of turnaround time.…

Lucasfilm Confirms Plans To Develop New ‘Indiana Jones’ Film

Fans have speculated the return of everyone’s favorite archaeologist, Indiana Jones, ever since Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull was released back in 2008. Whether or not that will eventually come to fruition, we now know there will be, at the very least, one new addition to the franchise.

In an interview with Vanity Fair regarding the forthcoming Star Wars film, The Force Awakens, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy confirmed there are plans to develop another Indiana Jones film. …

Aaron Paul Rumored To Be In Talks For ‘Star Wars’ Spinoff

We don’t write about every Star Wars rumor that pops up online, but every now and then a story comes along that we choose to believe. This week, that story involves Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul.

According to a fan site known as Making Star Wars, Aaron Paul has allegedly been in talks to star in one of the upcoming Star Wars spinoff films. Specifically, Paul has apparently been circling the role of young Han Solo, which would appear in Godzilla director Gareth Edwards’ 2016 franchise film. The feature, which currently has no title, is scheduled for release …

‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ Given Official Title

Through many internet rumors and speculation, the next installment in the monumental Star Wars film series has finally been given an official name. The next Star Wars film will be titled Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

An awakening indeed, as it has been nine years since the mixed enjoyment of the prequel films. Seemingly fitting as a title, it seems that the force will be awoken as the film’s possible plot follows the hunt for missing Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.

Along with the official title, Disney unveiled that principle photography on the film has been completed, highlighting just how …

MOVIE REVIEW: ‘Space Station 76’ Is A Scattershot But Charming Throwback To Retro Sci-Fi

Film: Space Station 76
Starring: Patrick Wilson, Matt Bomer
Directed by: Jack Plotnick

Picture the old episodes of Star Trek where the Starship Enterprise members carried around communicators that looked like flip phones and had bulky flashy lights on them. That kind of fake-ness that made you laugh at how dated future technology looked is the best part about Space Station 76. Jack Plotnick (actor from Quentin Dupieux’s absurdist films Rubber and Wrong) makes his feature directorial debut in a film that is equal parts Boogie Nights and Spaceballs but without the dramatic gravity from the former and …

Legendary Sets ‘Godzilla 2’ Release Date

The return of Godzilla was one of the most satisfying adventures to hit the silver screen all year long. Today, just a few short weeks after confirming plans for a sequel at Comic-Con International, Legendary Pictures revealed the day Godzilla will return.

Godzilla 2–which I assume will be given a proper subtitle at some point in the future–is scheduled for release June 8, 2018. That is just under four years from this point, and I wonder if audiences will be as happy for the creature’s return then as they would be if, say, he returned in 2016.

Part of …
