LIVE ACOUSTIC: Jon Simmons (Balance and Composure) No Sleep Records Warehouse Session

Today No Sleep Records released a live acoustic set of Balance and Composure’s Jon Simmons playing three songs in the No Sleep Records warehouse. Featuring two untitled new songs and their song “Echo,” this acoustic session gives viewers a look into songs that may be on upcoming releases. Honestly that’s reason enough to watch, but if you need further convincing, the new songs sound awesome.

Vampire Weekend Perform Two New Songs

Indie artist Vampire Weekend were recently filmed performing two new songs called “Everlasting Arms” and “Obvious Bicycle.”

These songs were recording during the group’s homecoming New York set at the Roseland Ballroom last night. The stream was live and provided a high-definition viewing experience. Directed by Steve Buscemi.

Vampire Weekend’s forthcoming album, Modern Vampires Of The City, will see release May 14 on XL Records. The band is set to perform on Saturday Night Live on May 11.
