Twin Forks Announces European Tour In Support Of City And Colour

European fans of Twin Forks (Formally Twin Falls) now have something to get excited about this summer. For the first time ever, the band will be touring across the UK and various European countries this June for 10 shows in support of City and Colour.

The quartet has also started a promotion campaign for their music involving free digital tour EPs to anybody who emails them at twinforksmusic@gmail.com. Included in the EP are four songs, two covers and two originals.

Their / They’re / There have now released the first single from their upcoming debut self-titled EP on Rolling Stone today.

Normally, things like this don’t just happen to bands, but they surely are a supergroup of sorts, seeing as how each of the band’s members (Evan of Into it. Over it., Matthew of Loose Lips, and Mike of Owen) have quite a bit of experience behind them.

Chris Carrabba Officially Debuts Twin Falls; Announces Lineup And SXSW Dates

After much speculation on just what Twin Falls exactly is, the details of the latest side project by the Further Seems Forever and Dashboard Confessional frontman have finally come to see the light of day.

According to a post by AltPress, it seems as if the band’s lineup includes the likes of Chris Carrabba (obviously) on vocals and guitar, Suzie Zeldin on mandolin and vocals, Jonathan Clark on bass, with the two of them being from The Narrative, and Ben Homola of Bad Books fame on drums.

Never Shout Never’s dubstep side project Gonzo have surprised their entire fan base today by releasing a new stream and album information as well.

The song stream for “We’re All Gunna Die” combines a simple rhythm pattern with the eerie qualities of Christofer Drew’s outspoken electronic prowess. Listen through the jump and find out what Drew and the crew have been cooking up.

Deftones Side Project Palms Reveals Album Details; Stream New Song

Deftones side project Palms have a ton of new items to throw our way today. Get ready to become settled in with the rock outfit in no time at all.

Palms have revealed that they will release their forthcoming debut effort on June 25 through Ipecac Records. The album is still yet-to-be-titled and features musicians Chino Moreno (Deftones, †††) & Jeff Caxide, Aaron Harris, Bryant Clifford (ISIS). The group have also released a stream of their untitled song and is available to spin right through the jump.

I think that’s why projects and supergroups seem to be more and more common; this one must be between friends and it has a wide array of genres covered by everyone’s original band. Hit The Lights Frontman Opens Up About Thief Club Side-Project

Hit The Lights‘ frontman Nick Thompson has written a letter to fans explaining the nature of his new side-project, Thief Club. Thompson touches on wanting to put out music that inspires him, not answering to any labels, and the music business.

He recorded his songs for Thief Club with producer Rob Freeman and is planning on releasing EPs every couple of months. Folk favorite Frank Turner is taking a spin at Hardcore this fall with his new project, Mongol Horde. Very few details are known about the group at this point, but Turner himself has already debuted a premiere single entitled “Casual Threats From Weekend Hardmen.” You can stream the song (and mosh your ass off) after the jump.
