Mary Lambert may now be best known for her role in Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ song, “Same Love,” but she has been a musician for longer than that. So far she has released two EPs, and is set to drop her debut full-length album later this year. The album, titled Heart On My Sleeve, will hit stores October 14. Secrets Announce Deluxe Edition Of ‘Fragile Figures’

In the summer of last year Secrets released their sophomore studio album, Fragile Figures, via Rise Records. It was a step up for the group in terms of overall sound, and because of it they’ve experienced a boost in popularity.

Now that some time has gone by since the album’s release, the band has announced that they will be dropping a deluxe edition of it. STREAM: Secrets – “Ready For Repair” Captain Midnite Remix Feat. Jonny Craig & Kyle Lucas

Most remixes of songs are generally just a dubstep infused skeleton of the original version. Occasionally though, the song will be entirely reimagined, which is what happened with one of Secrets‘ singles. The song is “Ready For Repair,” and it was remixed by Captain Midnite. The remix includes guest vocals by Jonny Craig and Kyle Lucas. You can give it a listen by checking below the jump.

Secrets Debut “Dance Of The Dead” Live

Blessthefall are currently headlining The Hollow Bodies Tour, which is in support of their recently released album of the same name. One of the band’s currently on the road with them is a group named Secrets. Though they released their sophomore album Fragile Figures a little less than a year ago, the band is already premiering new music. A few months ago Secrets asked their fans to make some cover videos for their single “Maybe Next May” to be included in the upcoming music video for the song. Earlier today the band finally premiered the fan-fueled video, and you can check it out below the jump.

The video includes shots of the band performing the song, and it’s stitched together with a number of videos shot by their fans covering it. It’s one of the most unique videos anyone has put out in recent months, and it is fun to watch.…

The Amity Affliction Enter Studio, Post Video Update

This week, The Amity Affliction will be entering the studio to record what will be their fourth full-length release. As such, the group has posted the first of what will presumably be multiple videos documenting the making of LP number four, and you can view it by following the jump.

Less Than Jake, Chelsea Grin, And More Added To Warped Tour Lineup

Another Thursday morning means another set of bands you can look forward to seeing on this summer’s edition of the Vans Warped Tour. This week’s announcement features veteran punk/ska group Less Than Jake and Utah deathcore act Chelsea Grin. The rest of the fairly diverse announcement is rounded out by Rise Records rockers Secrets, Northwest hardcore quintet To the Wind, and two hip hop acts, Bad Rabbits and MC Chris.

Blessthefall Announce The Hollow Bodies Tour

Phoenix, Arizona’s Blessthefall released their fourth album, Hollow Bodies, last August, and they’re taking to the road to support the record in 2014. The band announced The Hollow Bodies Tour today, which kicks off April 8 in El Paso, Texas and runs for over a month, finishing up at the Nile Theater in Mesa, Arizona on May 15.

The metalcore unit has recruited a solid lineup of opening acts for the tour. Main support will come from Silverstein, who will be touring machines in their own right in 2014, and the shows will also feature sets by Australia’s …

SECRETS Perform Acoustic Version Of “Sleep Well, Darling”

The post-hardcore act SECRETS has teamed up with BVTV to grace fans with an acoustic rendition of their track “Sleep Well, Darling.” You can view it after the jump.

The song is taken from the group’s most recent full-length, Fragile Figures, which was released this past July via Rise Records, and eventually went on to peak at number 59 on the Billboard 200 chart.
