The group took to their Facebook page today to let hungry fans know that they were still hard at work on their followup to 2009′s In Search Of Solid Ground.

This is a little old, but it’s just getting traction now. Besides, a bit more publicity might light a fire under the asses of these two.

Sonny Moore, currently operating under his production/DJ moniker Skrillex, has a long, deep relationship with extreme music. Before dropping the heavy bass, he was screaming heavy verses as the frontman of post-hardcore act From First To Last. But you already knew that.

What you probably didn’t know is that Moore hasn’t completely moved away from the music of his heavy, guitar-driven roots.

Tilian Pearson Focusing On Solo Work Then New Dance Gavin Dance Record

Tilian Pearson, the famed singer who left Tides of Man, is now the vocalist for Dance Gavin Dance and briefly demoed with Saosin, has been working on a solo album for sometime. We’ve heard several songs from the solo effort in the past twelve months from the record – some EDM influenced, some not.

HOLY SH!T: Anthony Green Performs “Seven Years” With Members of Saosin (Live)

Former Saosin vocalist, Anthony Green recently had his former bandmates, Justin Shekoski and Beau Burchell, join him on stage at The Glasshouse in Pomona, California to perform “Seven Years” acoustic.

“It’s been almost ten years since we’ve played any songs together,” Green explains to the crowd. “And the last time I played with these guys was in this venue.”

HOLY SH!T: Saosin Are In The Studio

That headline is not full of shit. California’s Saosin have stepped out of the shadows to let fans around the world know that not only are they not broken up, they’re currently working on new material (or something similar). Last night, the band’s rarely updated Twitter sent out a photo with the following description:
