The Acacia Strain Release Brutal Lyric Video For “Nailgun”

The Acacia Strain are gearing up to release their newest deathcore ripper in Coma Witch which will be released through Rise Records on October 14. In anticipation of the release, the band has released another song off the record today.

The song is named “Nailgun” and it was released in the form of a lyric video. The band truly keeps the “death” alive in their music in both their demonic lyrics and chugging eight-string guitars. But in a way, the band have become a little melodic at the same time with their music in that they add verses of chord …

PVRIS

PVRIS Go Under Water In Music Video For “My House”

Boston-based alternative pop group PVRIS have delivered the second music video installment from its forthcoming debut LP, White Noise. “My House” is a desolate, dark number mirroring the melancholic vibe from the black and white video.

The female-fronted band delivers another explosive chorus and spine-chilling bridge with the new number, much like this summer’s sensational hit “St. Patrick.” If these two songs are any indication to the direction of White Noise, then we may be in for a late contender for record of the year.

Transit Premiere “Rest To Get Better’ Video

Transit have premiered a video for the first single from their upcoming album, Joyride, over at Alternative Press.

“Rest To Get Better” comes highly anticipated after the band’s most recent release, Young New England, did not fair well with fans and critics. The track attempts to reignite the flame found on the much loved Listen & Forgive, for it is coupled with energetic guitars, a vibrant chorus, and captures many elements adored on past releases.

MUSIC VIDEO: Secrets – “Dance Of The Dead”

Before the release of the deluxe reissue of Fragile Figures, Secrets started performing a new song live. The new song was titled “Dance Of The Dead,” and while we didn’t know it at the time, this was to be one of the three brand new songs to be featured on the reissue. In my opinion, this is the best of the new tracks, and I think there are quite a few fans who agree. The band has been performing it at nearly all of their shows, including this year’s Warped Tour.

The band’s label, Rise Records, had video shot …
