Grant Trimboli Such Gold guitarist / vocalist Skylar Sarkis has quit the band unexpectedly. Ben Kotin will now be taking over guitar / vocal duties and they are moving on as a four-piece.

June 13th, 2013 Adrian Garza Norma Jean have kept quiet about their upcoming album for far too long. So much to the point that several online retailers (like this one or this one) have beaten the metalcore heavyweights to the punch on releasing details for their upcoming sixth album that is currently being titled as Wrongdoers.

June 5th, 2013 Kriston McConnell One of my favorite bands to listen to right now, Sirens And Sailors, have proudly announced that they signed to Artery Recordings/Razor & Tie. The band also released a short video documenting their proud moment. You can watch the video by taking a look below the jump.
They don’t have any scheduled tour dates as of yet, but be sure to keep your eyes peeled on their Facebook page as they will likely be embarking on some tours in the near future.

May 20th, 2013 Grant Trimboli Razor & Tie announced today that they have signed Swedish alternative rockers INVSN (pronounced in-vey-zhuh-n). The band is formed by Dennis Lyxzén (Refused, The International Noise Conspiracy) along with Andre Sandström (DS-13), Sara Almgren (The International Noise Conspiracy), Richard Österman, and Anders Stenberg (Lykke Li, Deportees).
INVSN have released their first song called “Down in the Shadows” and has our brain rattled already. “Down in the Shadows” will be on INVSN’s yet-to-be-titled debut album, which will release this fall. The group just signed onto Razor & Tie Records and plan on releasing their new album, Old Souls, on September 17! February 14th, 2013 Dan Bogosian According to the most hypercritical news post I’ve seen made on a website other than UTG, HiM have signed to Razor & Tie Records. Their next album, Tears On Tape, will be released on April 30. At first, I thought that album title was just a play on sadder sounding music, but it turns out that it is actually the album title.
