It’s a big day for Boston post-hardcore outfit Vanna. They started the morning with the news they would be joining the Vans Warped Tour over the summer, and now we learn they just became the latest members of one of our favorite indie labels.

Gnarwolves Premiere “Tongue Surfer” Lyric Video

“I’m not the same guy you kissed. I’m a miserable shit, and you know it.”

The Chronicles of Gnarnia is one of my most anticipated releases of 2014, even if it’ll probably be like 20 minutes in total length. Today, the Brighton-based emo-punk act that will be releasing said album on February 24 via Pure Noise, has unveiled a lyric video for a brand new single, entitled “Tongue Surfer.” It’s currently premiering over at PunkNews.

Even despite a minor misspelling in the video, it doesn’t distract from the candid, heartfelt lyrics about the woes of growing up- or…not growing …

Handguns is a pop punk band from Pennsylvania that kids have latched onto as oflate. I’ve seen them a few times live, and when Don’t Bite Your Tongue came out, I was really into the release, especially the song “I Hope He Kills You” (I was really bitter about stuff and the song worked).
