New shows were introduced, often tweaked to reflect whatever is popular in mainstream culture, but the goodheartedness has always remained at the core. I’m not saying that is about to change because the chances of that ever happening are slim to none, but Nick’s upcoming teen-centric flick Fun Size definitely looks to be targeting a slightly older (more profane) audience.

REVIEW: Drake Bell – A Reminder EP

Nickelodeon alumni Drake Bell has put together this slight, if enjoyable, package of songs as a buffer before the eventual release of a full length next year. Perhaps fittingly titled A Reminder, its four songs take a jazzy and vaguely inventive approach to his pop rock sound, presumably aiming for a slicker and more mature effect and even succeeding, to a certain extent.

Singer Miranda Cosgrove, best known for Nickelodeon’s iCarly, has broken her ankle in a bus crash incident that flipped a semi-truck. Pictures of the scene were taken from TMZ so head past the link provided. We’re told everyone on the bus will be fine.

There were 5 passengers on the bus, and Miranda suffered a broken ankle. At this time, we are told everyone will be fine.
