Animals As Leaders have revealed that they have lost their drummer Navene Koperweis. Already gearing up for the next UK tour, AAL have asked Matt Garstka to take duties as their temporary replacement.

Evan Brewer (The Faceless), Barry Donegan (Look What I Did) and Navene Koperweis (Animals As Leaders) have apparently created a side project. The guys have almost completed an albums worth of music and demoing for this project but need your help spreading the word.

Animals As Leaders working on new material

Animals As Leaders are currently recording new material in the studio. The band are writing this album, as a whole, as opposed to the group’s first album where Tobin Abasi wrote everything with help from Periphery’s Misha Mansoor. Additionally, we have learned that drummer Navene Koperweis will be heading production for the album.
