James Shotwell A few weeks ago we talked to you about one of our new favorite hardcore bands from DC, Over & Out. Well today we are excited to announce that we are hosting their new EP Plastic City! The seven track album clocks in at a break neck 14 minutes, and it’s a really aggressive effort that here at UTG we’re really excited about.

May 22nd, 2012 Tyler Osborne Ohio pop-punk band Mixtapes just released 26 songs for free, all of which are complete jokes under the title of Songs to Start a Revolution To. If you remember earlier this month, Mixtapes released a joke song “To My Friends (I Stand By You)” that will not be on their upcoming album Even On the Worst Nights. We originally thought that “To My Friends” was just a song they put together to have fun, and it was, but it turns out there were 26 other songs that they recorded.

January 11th, 2012 Jacob Tender In the digital world we live in, nothing stays a secret for long. As another prime example of this rule, we have a brand new song from Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows to share.
This will not be the first time some fans have heard “We Are All Fucking Crazy.” Just last weekend, the song premiered on Turntable.fm when guitarist Matt Good played it for a limited crowd. We can only guess that one tech savvy individual ripped the audio from the website and from there, the tubes claimed it as their own.
