Rock group Motion City Soundtrack just released a new song “True Romance” that is coming off of their fifth studio album Go. The song comes to you via Billboard, and can be found here. Motion City Soundtrack’s Go is many people’s most anticipated album for the summer, and rightfully so. “True Romance” screams Summer drives with a cute girl, so you should really give it a listen. According to Amazon.com, it has been confirmed that the new album from Motion City Soundtrack will be titled Go.

Motion City Soundtrack & Trampled By Turtles To Release Split 7″

Motion City Soundtrack and Trampled By Turtles have announced that they recorded a split 7″ earlier this year, and it will finally be released on November 22. Motion City Soundtrack covered Trampled By Turtles’s “Wait So Long,” and Trampled By Turtles covered Motion City Soundtrack’s “Disappear” for the split.

We are anxious for this November release ever since MCS released their last album, My Dinosaur Life.

Motion City Soundtrack have unveiled a discography tour over seven cities in the US that will find the band performing all the way through their albums in a night. The cities announced are as follows: Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Boston, Cleveland, Philadelphia, and Detroit. Look below tour see when MCS is coming to you. Motion City Soundtrack no longer with Columbia Records

Motion City Soundtrack have officially announced that they will no longer be under Columbia Records. It is currently unclear as to which label will be releasing the album that the band is working on. The official statement from the band can be read below.
