51 Concertgoers Injured By Lightning Bolt During Germany Music Festival

We are devastated to hear about the lightning strike that injured 51 people at this weekend’s With Full Force Festival in Roitzschjora, Germany. Bands headlining the show were Soulfly, Machine Head, Flogging Molly and Pennywise.

Nine people sustained serious injuries when a single lightning bolt struck a mast at the eastern German festival. This single bolt of lightning was powerful enough to lift people up and send them flying, destroyed various tents, and caused the venue to flood with huge mud puddles. UNREAL.

We wish a speedy recovery to the injured fans at the festival.
