Manchester Orchestra have announced that their long time friend and bassist Jonathan Corey is parting ways with the band. He doesn’t say the specific reason why he is leaving but the band indicated on their Facebook page that he is pursuing a career outside of music.

Keyboardist James Baney has officially left Ohio metalcore act The Devil Wears Prada.

The Devil Wears Prada announced Baney’s departure early Wednesday through their social networks. On their official Facebook, the group wrote:

With great deliberation and difficulty, we have decided to part ways with our keyboardist James Baney. James will always be family to TDWP, being one of the most well-intentioned people we know. After six years, Alexandra Lawn has announced she is leaving indie pop/rock group Ra Ra Riot.

RUMOR: Earl Sweatshirt No Longer Involved In Odd Future?

Following a few strange events on social networks over the past few days, word is beginning to spread that rapper Earl Sweatshirt may no longer be a part of the hip hop collective known as Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All.

Sweatshirt, born Thebe Kgositsile, returned home earlier this week from a boarding school in Somoa where he had been sent prior to Odd Future’s mainstream success in mid-2011. Ex. Decoder Vocalist Spencer Pearson Releases Statement, Bassist Leaves

Decoder parted ways with their vocalist Spencer Pearson last week and now the group lose another member, bassist Bryce Sipes. These events have been quite troubling to the group and false messages have been spread, as ex. vocalist Spencer states below.
