Jonathan Carpenter Parts Ways With The Contortionist

Last night The Contortionist announced that their lead singer Jonathan Carpenter will be parting ways with the band. They have indicated that he is taking time to be with his soon to be born first child and in order to do so will have step back from being in the band. In the meantime the band will have Mike Lessard from Last Chance To Reason fill in on vocals. Read the official announcement from the band’s Facebook below the jump.

Tom DeGrazia leaves That’s Outrageous!

Today, That’s Outrageous! founding member and lead vocalist, Tom DeGrazia notified his fans on his Tumblr that he would be parting ways with the band for other endeavors. The timing is quite odd. The band recently signed to Rise Records and have their debut album hitting shelves within a month. Nevertheless, things happen. To explain such things, Tom posted this statement:
