Matthew Dondiego The Illinois state police have already arrested ten people at the Gathering of The Juggalos in Cave-In-Rock, Illinois, a day before the festival even begins. Police became involved with the crowd after cars started arriving at 6am this morning and began backing up traffic.
However it appears that no arrests have been made for any serious crimes at this time. Hardin County Sheriff Joyce Cullison addressed the issue stating:
