I’m tempted to write that it’s business as usual here for The Bronx, but doing so feels like a disservice. The simply-titled IV (as in, their fourth eponymous album) is a model of cast-iron efficiency, utilising all the toughness and relish and jarring qualities that permeate their work, and yet it’s something more elegant and refined than that description might imply.
