Tyler Carter is a Bad Girl

Controversial frontman, Tyler Carter (ex-Woe, Is Me), recently performed a new song entitled, “Bad Girl,” during his set on 1 May at Chain Reaction in Anaheim, California. Check out the live video after the bump.

The dirty pop track finds Carter grooving along, filling the random electronic voids with his nasally, R&B vocals. Carter’s solo adventure is a far cry from his metalcore days singing clean vocals for Rise Records’ Woe, Is Me. Carter left the “family” (as so many others have…odd family) back in 2011 to peruse a solo, pop career.

Tyler Carter Has No Plans To Join Isles & Glaciers

After plenty of rumors have been floating around the internet about whether or not Tyler Carter (Formerly of Woe, Is Me) was looking into joining Isles & Glaciers, ATP! confirms for us that this is not happening.

Tyler Carter’s management stated (According to ATP!):

“We know nothing about I&G and Tyler has not officially been asked to participate.”

RUMOR: Craig Owens Back in Chiodos, New Isles & Glaciers Being Discussed

Things have been relatively quiet around the D.R.U.G.S. camp. Other than a strange hodge-podge tour with Hit The Lights, Sparks the Rescue, and Like Moths to Flames last winter which was followed by their current stint in Europe, the band hasn’t been producing the blog buzz like they did only a year before. Last year, Craig Owens mentioned recording a new D.R.U.G.S. record in the spring. Last week, Craig took to twitter to ask his fans what he should record next. FEB 10 – Equal Vision Records is pleased to announce the highly anticipated release of Isles & Glaciers‘ EP, The Hearts Of Lonely People on March 9th. Something of an underground “supergroup,” Isles & Glaciers features Craig Owens, Vic and Mike Fuentes (Pierce The Veil), Jonny Craig (Emarosa), Matt Goddard (Chiodos), Brian Southall (The Receiving End Of Sirens, Boys Night Out), and Nick Martin (Underminded). The Hearts Of Lonely People was recorded in just 10 days with Casey Bates (Chiodos, The Fall Of Troy, Portugal. The Man) at his studio in Seattle, WA.
