Tony Scott, Director Of “Top Gun,” Dead at 68

Tonight just took a turn for the tragic.

According to various sources (and seemingly stemming from TheWrap), Tony Scott, director of such films as Top Gun and True Romance, has died of an apparent suicide. He was 68.

From what we’ve been able to gather since learning of Scott’s death, it seems the famed filmmaker jumped off the Vincent Thomas bridge near Long Beach on Sunday and died from his injuries. TheDailyBreeze claims U.S. Coast Guard told them a suicide note was found inside Scott’s black Toyota Prius, which was parked on one of the eastbound lanes of …

Tyler, The Creator Arrested In Hollywood

TMZ reported that rapper Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All leader Tyler, The Creator was arrested on charges of vandalism, last night, inside of the world famous Roxy on Sunset Blvd. In typical Tyler fashion, he was seen trashing sound equipment and going off of the local sound engineer. Police were called around 11:30 p.m., after the madness started, and Tyler was taken into custody.
