Grant Trimboli Death Cab For Cutie recently announced plans to head out on a month-long tour with Telekinesis, Explosions In The Sky, The Hold Steady, and Head And The Heart. This tour is in support of the band’s new album, Codes and Keys. Check out all the dates below.

Great news! Hold Steady lead singer, Craig Finn is adapting Fargo Rock City (the great book about a kid growing up loving hair metal in a rural community) into a movie. The story revolves around how music/genres can shape our pivotal years and have a direct impact on our minds in the later ones. It’s a really funny/amusing book and I highly recommend you pick it up (it’s by Chuck Klosterman, a Spin mag writer). And I’m betting that it will translate really well into a movie.
