Spenzo, AKA Chicago’s other young rap phenomenon, just released his freestyle over Juicy J’s impossible to escape, “Bandz A Make Her Dance.” The track hails from In Spenzo We Trust, which is expected to arrive in the near future, and proves yet again the this youthful voice is going to quickly be someone everyone in hip hop will have to recognize. You can stream, download and enjoy Spenzo’s take on “Bandz” after the jump.

To mark the occasion, X has released a brand new documentary offering fans an uncut look into his life in preparation for the record’s release. You can view the video, which runs roughly fourteen minutes, after the jump.
Undisputed is not the best release in X’s catalog, but it is definitely a record that fans should appreciate. If you were ever a fan, seek out a copy this week and help DMX once again crack the Billboard charts.
Chicago’s Lupe Fiasco has never been one to shy away from sensitive subject matter, and those needing proof need look no further than tonight’s leak off his highly anticipated new album, Food & Liquor 2.
“Lamborghini Angels” has been teased for over a week, most notably because of Lupe’s explicit warning to easily offended fans. Taking to Twitter last week, Lupe wrote:
WARNING: If you are easily offended or religiously sensitive DO NOT listen to #LamborghiniAngels it contains very strong subject matter.
Why such a precaution? In classic Lupe fashion, the “Kick, Push” emcee delivers another lyrical onslaught with …

Hello everyone! It has been far too long since I hopped on the UTG news feed and unleashed more than slightly opinionated news littered smartass remarks, but consider this my return to form. After a month on Van’s Warped Tour I have come back to UTG, my one true home, and could not be more excited to write about the best of the best once again. Without further ado, here’s something you’re going to need in your life ASAP:
Domo Genesis, otherwise known as Odd Future’s Mr. Smoke-a-lot-of-pot, has just dropped his Sophomore mixtape No Idols on the world. The …
Seems like we can never post about a hiphop powerhouse without someone from Young Money coincidentally having something big to announce as well. Last night was no different as the arrival of G.O.O.D. Music’s “New God Flow” was challenged by the release of a new remix to Birdman’s “Born Stunna.” The track features spots from Nicki, Weezy, and Ross, but I cannot help feeling like it’s all something we’ve heard before. Click past the jump, stream the remix, then comment and let me know if you feel the same way. YMCMB grind hard, but no one can say they spit …
The moment hiphop heads have been waiting for all week has arrived.
Serving as the second single off G.O.O.D. Music’s Cruel Summer compilation, “New God Flow” pairs Kanye West with Pusha T for a near five minute spree of bars over piano sample. Definitely not what we expected after hearing “Mercy,” but oh so good. Kanye is in rare form. Click past the jump to stream, download, and experience “New God Flow.”
Cruel Summer will not hit shelves until August, but we’re already chomping at the bit for a chance to hear more.

The quick-tongued half of Outkast is back on his solo project game with a new track featuring two of trill’s biggest names. “Gossip” pairs Big Boi along UGK and Big K.R.I.T. for a trunk-rattler dedicated to the haters. All we have right now is a radio rip, so there are a couple of bombs here and there, but something is better than nothing, am I right? Click past the jump to stream, download, and enjoy “Gossip.”
Vicious Lies & Dangerous Rumors drops this November.
Call it a recovery play following the rough reception of “Bitch Bad,” or maybe just good timing, but Lupe Fiasco is back in our good graces tonight following the release of his official video for “Around My Way (Freedom Ain’t Free).” The track serves as the first single off Food & Liquor II and the visuals are slick as hell. Click past the jump and enjoy.

SpaceGhostPurp has unleashed the official visuals for “Osiris Of The East.”
Serving as his first video post release day, “Osiris Of The East” is taken from SpaceGhostPurps’ solo debut, Mysterious Phonk: The Chronicles of SpaceGhostPurrp. The video is mainly performance footage shot in a room with lots of smoke and flashing colored lights, but I’m sure some fans will eat it up. You can view the clip after the jump.
Lupe Fiasco has released the second single from his highly anticipated album and UTG has the linkage you need.
“Bitch Bad” leads in with quick snar hits and then…well…hmm….let’s just say Lupe throws a bit of a curveball and leave it up to you to judge. You can stream, download, and experience “Bitch Bad” after the jump.
Lupe Fiasco’s Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 1. hits later this year.
