October 15th, 2012 Justin Proper Taken 2 manages to mediocre its way to the top for the second week in a row. The poorly reviewed Liam Neeson movie somehow made more money this weekend than Argo, which took second place, just edging out the new horror flick, Sinister. October 12th, 2012 Justin Proper October is usually a good month for movies, and this weekend does not disappoint. If you want to see a horror flick then you can see Sinister, which the trailers made look pretty damn creepy. Are you feeling down and out and need a motivational comedy? Check out Here Comes The Boom. Even if it ends up being bad you will get to see people beat up Kevin James. Ben Affleck’s new movie Argo is also out this weekend and early buzz puts it as a must see. June 27th, 2012 James Shotwell Comedian Kevin James spent the better part of the past decade making a living as a the overweight funnyman with a heart of gold (King Of Queens, Paul Blart, and Zookeeper just to name a few), but in 2011 he started to make changes and now returns to the screen fitter than ever in this year’s Here Comes The Boom.
Plot: When his school’s budget shrinks so small all extracurricular activities may be cut, a science teacher (James) takes up cage fighting in hopes of saving the music program.
