WATCH: The Offspring – “Gone Away” Featuring Emily Armstrong (Dead Sara)

The Offspring have long done stripped down performances of “Gone Away”. I vividly recall Dexter Holland playing piano alone for several performances; on their recent tour with Dead Sara, they performed it in this style, but as a duet with Dead Sara vocalist Emily Armstrong. Emily’s voice is amazing live (if you’ve never seen them, go see them with Muse), and this duet gives her a decent opportunity to show off her voice.

Following Comic-Con New York, the one film everyone wanted to discuss was the forthcoming remake of The Evil Dead. We never want to encourage anyone to pirate media, but sometimes footage hits the net that cannot be denied. This is one of those cases.

Last weekend, attendees of the New York Comic-Con were among the first in the world to see footage from the forthcoming remake of Evil Dead.
