Touche Amore Respond To Their Fred Phelps Shirt Controversy

Touche Amore recently released a shirt that has Fred Phelps’ face on it, with his birth date/death and the words “Good Riddance” under it. Shortly after releasing the shirt, the band apparently received a lot of negative feedback which prompted them to write a lengthy statement on the issue.

They explain that this is a redone version of a print they made six years ago. After Phelps’ passing a few days ago, they decided to reprint it with some slight modifications. You can read all of what they had to say by taking a look below the jump.

Good Riddance Are Reuniting

In an exclusive interview with Alternative Press, punk rockers Good Riddance revealed that they will be reuniting to play shows together! These will be their first shows in five years. No new music is to be expected but have not ruled it out completely.
