Microwave Join Antique Records

Atlanta’s Microwave are the latest band to join Antique Records’ growing roster. Their first release with the label, Stovall, will be available in March.

To celebrate this news, the members of Microwave released the following statement:

“We’re beyond stoked to announce that we have joined forces with Antique Records who will be releasing Stovall on vinyl this year.”

After grinding in the studio for much of 2014, Atlanta metalcore outfit As Animals Eat My Insides have finally revealed details surrounding their forthcoming full-length debut. Entitled Devoured, the album will feature ten songs and is set to hit digital outlets on December 16.

Rittz Teams Up With Twista For “Bounce” Music Video

Georgia born hip-hop artist Rittz has arguably released some of the best southern rap in recent memory, so there’s little surprise his new record, Next to Nothing, has continued the trend.

In support of the LP’s recent release, Rittz has debuted a music video featuring plenty of flashiness for “Bounce,” a Twista-assisted track that also happens to be one of the album’s strongest offerings.

Shaky Knees Music Festival Will Feature The National, Modest Mouse, and More

In the coming months, the shifting seasons will yield warmer temperatures, which will in turn signal the arrival of a most joyous time of year for all music lovers: festival season.

This coming Spring, it seems like Atlanta, GA will the place to be, as it will play host to the second annual Shaky Knees Music Festival. The event will run May 9-11 at Atlantic Station, and feature a cavalcade of stellar acts, including The National, The Gaslight Anthem, Modest Mouse, Alabama Shakes, Local Natives, and many more. For those who aren’t familiar with Rebuker, here’s your chance to right that wrong by checking out the Georgia hardcore outfit’s brand new music video for “Death & Taxes” after the jump. Chief Keef Arrested In Georgia

Seventeen-year-old rapper Chief Keef continues to find himself tangled in legal troubles this morning as news of yet another arrest has begun surfacing online.

According to an article on TMZ, Keef was taken into custody while in DeKalb County, Georgia yesterday on charges of “disorderly conduct.” The events leading up to police involvement remain unclear, but Keef was allowed to leave last night (presumably after paying a small fine). After he was free, Keef tweeted “Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County jail In Atlanta Mad As fuck.”
