Warped Tour Announces Thirteen More Bands Including Of Mice & Men, Four Year Strong, Finch, Bayside

The people behind Warped Tour have announced another thirteen bands that will be a part of this year’s festival, and it’s one of the biggest announcements so far. Notable additions in this round include main stage shoe-ins Of Mice & Men, as well as Four Year Strong, Bayside, and Finch. You can check out the whole announcement after the jump.

Bayside and Four Year Strong are currently on The Great American Cult tour together, and Finch spent the better part of last year supporting the tenth anniversary of their scene-staple record, What It Is To Burn

LIVE REVIEW: The Great American Cult Tour – Cleveland, OH 3/5/14 (Photos)

Opening night of the Great American Cult Tour took place in Cleveland, OH last week. As Bayside’s first headlining tour in some time, I was prepared for a fantastic show. I wasn’t disappointed.

Bayside Announces The Great American Cult Tour, Support From Four Year Strong, Daylight, Mixtapes

Bayside is ready to make a big comeback in 2014. The band just announced The Great American Cult Tour, a four week American Spring run featuring support from Four Year Strong, Daylight, and Mixtapes. It’s worth pointing out that this is Four Year Strong’s first tour since their Main Stage appearance on Warped Tour 2012 and a year off in 2013.

What’s Eating Gilbert (Chad Gilbert of NFG) Announces East Coast Tour

Chad Gilbert of New Found Glory is taking his solo project, What’s Eating Gilbert, on the road this April.

The predominantly East Coast tour will start in Newport, Kentucky on April 12, making its way to New England before heading south, ending in Nashville, Tennessee on April 25.

Joining Gilbert on this tour will be The Here And Now (featuring Alan Day of Four Year Strong) and Diamond Youth on select dates.

STREAM: Foxfires (ex-Four Year Strong) – “It Was A Journey”

Former member of Four Year Strong, Josh Lyford’s hardcore project is at it again. Foxfires put up “It Was A Journey” as a stream over on Alt Press’ website earlier this morning, and it sure does pack a punch.

“It Was A Journey” is included on The Golden Age, the band’s EP that’s slated for a March 5 release through Escapist Records.

Foxfires Announce New EP, Release New Song

Worcester hardcore act Foxfires have announced they will be releasing a brand new 7-inch EP, titled Golden Age, set to be released in early 2013 on Escapist Records. Along with the new EP, Foxfires have also released a brand new track entitled “Black, White Birch”.

For those unfamiliar with the band, Foxfires features ex-Four Year Strong band member Josh Lyford and ex members of both Mountain Man and Last Lights, whose combining efforts sound as great as your imagining. I Hate Our Freedom Sign to I Surrender Records, Album in December

I Hate Our Freedom, featuring members of Garrison, Texas is the Reason, Thursday and Milhouse, announced on Facebook today that they have signed with I Surrender Records.

The band’s album, This Year’s Best Disaster, will be available digitally as well as on vinyl this December.
