First Look At Jamie Foxx As Electro In ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2′

Sometimes it seems like our coverage of upcoming films is too far ahead to appreciate the features opening in the immediate future, but this story is one that is far too cool let pass by.

While us moviegoers are busying ourselves with anticipation for Summer 2013 blockbusters, Hollywood is hard at work on features that won’t be released until 2014 or 2015. The Amazing Spider-Man 2, is currently filming on the streets of New York City, and last night a few lucky fans were able to snap photos of new cast member Jamie Foxx in his full Electro outfit. …

HOLY SH!T: The First Trailer For “Taken 2″ Vows Revenge

Liam Neeson has been a Hollywood badass for many years, but the original Taken definitely helped launch his stardom into the stratosphere, so it only makes sense that he would return to his golden calf in hopes of once again striking box office gold. The logline is as follows:

Los Angeles, 1949. Ruthless, Brooklyn-born mob king Mickey Cohen (Sean Penn) runs the show in this town, reaping the ill-gotten

SNEAK PEEK: The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 Teaser

Are you so excited for the final installment of The Twilight Saga that you would drool over a teaser of the teaser of the official trailer? Thought so.

Appearing online yesterday, but somehow managing to stay relatively clear of the social media universe thus far, a fifteen-second look at the final chapter of The Twilight Saga has arrived. I realize that is an incredibly short amount of time to preview anything, especially a film that will likely run well over two hours, but anyone thinking that bothers the target market is sadly mistaken. See for yourself, after the jump.

The First Footage From “Piranha 3DD” Surfaces Online

Dimension Films released the first footage from Piranha 3DD last night during the SCREAM awards. This morning that footage arrived online and while it doesn’t quite make up for the film’s recently announced delayed release (now scheduled for sometime in 2012), it definitely made us hungry for more.

If you haven’t been following the film’s development, Piranha 3DD finds our flesh-eating friends terrorizing a water park. You read that right, angry fish and water slides. What more could you ask for?

FIRST LOOK: Patton Oswalt’s Adult Swim Mini-Series

Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim programming is far from your average late night fair, which is probably what has made it such a hit amongst the 12-36 crowd (especially males). There seems to be no limits on what they can do, or at least attempt, on the network and this November their debuting their first mini-series, The Heart, She Holler.

Starring comedian Patton Oswalt, The Heart, She Holler is about…well, I’m not actually sure what it’s about. As you’ll see from the sizzle real after the jump, this may be one of the strangest live action events Adult Swim has …

First Official Look At “The Avengers”

The world of print news is slowly dying, but no area is kicking the bucket faster than entertainment journalism. Don’t get me wrong, I still read Entertainment Weekly, but claiming they have the “first look” at anything these days is pretty much a flat out lie.

All that aside, the latest issue of EW features our first studio approved look at 2012′s The Avengers. So far, only the cover has surfaced online, which you can view after the jump, but it’s plenty good enough to get fanboys even more amped for next Summer.

FIRST LOOK: Anne Hathaway as CATWOMAN (photo)

Warner Bros. has released the first image of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman from the forthcoming film, The Dark Knight Rises. We know we don’t need to explain anything further so look below and give us your thoughts on the latest version of this comic legend:

MOVIE POSTER: Strippers vs. Werewolves

This post is one hundred percent serious and until today, we thought the film was as well. Announced late last year, Strippers vs Werewolves is a film about what strippers due to prepare for retaliation and self-defense after an elder werewolf dies at their club. Makes sense, right?

Today the first image from the film hit the net and it is unbelievably unappealing. I mean, no one thought this would be a unanimously praised masterpiece, but everything about what you’re about to see looks and feels like a bad ad for Halloween at Wal-Mart.

No official release date for Strippers
