James Shotwell Chicago rapper Lil Reese just earned himself the honor of permanently being on UTG’s shitlist. The eighteen-year-old who recently made headlines for his Chief Keef assisted “Traffic” single is once again setting trending topics worldwide thanks to a newly surfaced video that shows the artist beating a young female.
