The midwest’s premiere music festival, Lollapalooza, announced its full lineup today, and it looks just as great as expected.

This year’s headlining slots feature the likes of Outkast, Eminem, Arctic Monkeys and more, but the real meat of the festival is in the undercard. Before the really big names take the stage, you’ll be able to catch performances by Childish Gambino, Phantogram, Manchester Orchestra, Bleachers, Chicago natives Into It. Over It., to name just a small fraction of the great artists who will be playing this year. Check out the full list of acts right here.

Eminem And Rihanna Announce ‘The Monster Tour’

Eminem and Rihanna struck top 40 gold with the fall 2013 release of “The Monster,” and to this day it’s hard to listen to the radio for more than an hour without hearing at least a snippet of the Jon Bellion penned chorus being played. Now, in a move that is as surprising as it is logical (from a financial standpoint), Eminem and Rihanna have taken their partnership a step further and announced plans for a brief summer tour.

‘The Monster Tour’ will kickoff sometime this August and visit a grand total of three cities nationwide. Yes, only …

See the 20 Most Pirated Musicians of 2013

Hear DJ Earworm’s Mashup of the Top 25 Songs From 2013

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s that time of the year. DJ Earworm has once again taken on the challenge of mixing the top 25 songs of the year into one know-it-all song. And, as usual, it sounds pretty good.

Clocking in around five minutes, the mashup features samples from Lorde, Daft Punk, Eminem, Katy Perry, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Jay-Z, and more. It’s a step-up from last year’s song, but I have to say that 2010′s is the best wrap-up mashup DJ Earworm has done (or at least in my heart, anyway).

Eminem Pays Tribute To Max Headroom In “Rap God” Music Video

Before the internet was a part of everyone’s daily lives there existed a digital man by the name of Max Headroom. He was the future of virtual reality before people realized virtual reality would take decades longer to master than originally thought, and today he’s given new life thanks to the official video for Eminem’s “Rap God.”

Hitting the net shortly after noon today, the video for “Rap God” finds Marshall Mathers impersonating Headroom in a futuristic computer-generated setting. He performs the song in this setting amidst a slew of performance sequences, and the results are as eye-catching as the …

Required Listening: Eminem – “Don’t Front”

We have been discussing the new album from Eminem for a number of weeks, and now that the album is in stores we assumed the flow of new material to stream had come to an end. Fortunately, we were wrong.

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is currently available in regular and deluxe editions. The latter of those two contains a handful of additional songs that have been making the rounds online, but the track we’re featuring today can’t be found on either pressing of MMLP2. “Don’t Front” drops all the gimmicks Slim Shady has embraced over the last decade …

Eminem is currently celebrating the release of his new album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2. One of the deep cuts, “Rap God,” found its way online ahead of release and quickly became one of Em’s most …

Chance The Rapper Drops Off Eminem’s Australian Tour

There are so many reasons to cancel tour plans. You can have other things on your plate, you can have conflict with your band mates like the Jonas Brothers just had, or you can be “mad tired” like Chance The Rapper. That’s the reason he gave for stepping down from touring with Eminem next year in Australia.

Last month a poster for the “Rapture 2014” tour leaked that showed Chance, Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole and Action Bronson all supporting Eminem. A new version of the poster revealed that Chance was no longer a part of the lineup.…
