The Classic Crime Sign To BC Music, Announce Anniversary Record

Seattle based rock outfit The Classic Crime have revealed they are now a member of BC Music, better known as a branch of Emery’s BadChristian Records. In celebration of the newly founded partnership, The Classic Crime will be releasing What Was Done, Vol. 1: A Decade Revisited, a compilation containing acoustic renditions of fan-favorites alongside rearranged tracks as well.

What Was Done, Vol. 1: A Decade Revisited is set to hit stores October 27, but physical pre-orders are available here. As for the album’s confirmed artwork and tracklisting, both can be found after the jump.…

Emery And Norma Jean Announce Co-Headlining ‘Two-Headed Monster’ Tour

Both known for their Christian beliefs and stints on Solid State Records in both the past and present, hard rockers Emery and Norma Jean have announced a co-headlining tour of the United States that will start in late September.

Only twelve dates have been announced so far for the tour but more will be coming in the next couple weeks leading up to the tour. The tour will also feature support roles from Night Verses and Artifex Pereo.

There are only a handful of “big” producers in the alternative music scene, and Aaron Sprinkle is one of them. He’s worked with artists like Emery, The Almost, Anberlin, Relient K and many, many more. Post-hardcore outfit Emery have launched a crowdfunding campaign on BadChristian for their forthcoming LP, You Were Never Alone. Asking fans for $50,000, the group are offering everything from signed copies of the record to playing personal house shows in return for their generosity.

You Were Never Alone will mark the return of founding member Devin Shelton, so there’s no doubt it should be worth contributing a few dollars to its production. Despite the fact that Emery‘s touring efforts have been scarce as of late, the Seattle Christian post-hardcore band has been pretty good with keeping themselves busy through their constant social media interaction with fans.

Tonight a few big announcements came from their Facebook page, including more tour dates, the departure from the band’s 10+ year label home of Tooth & Nail Records, the controversial re-branding of Matt, Toby, and former bassist Joey Svendsen’s faith-based blog, UN-learning, and the launch of the band’s new label, Bad Christian Music.

Emery Reveal Details Concerning ‘The Weak’s End’ Tenth Anniversary Tour

To the pleasure of their fanbase, post-hardcore outfit Emery recently announced plans to head out on tour with former vocalist Devin Shelton this fall in support of the tenth anniversary of the band’s debut album, The Weak’s End.

Post-hardcore outfit Emery have announced they will be embarking on a tour in support of the 10th anniversary of their debut full-length, The Weak’s End. Emery Release Rare Music Video For “It Always Depends”

Emery has dropped an extremely rare music video for their 2002 song “It Always Depends” and is filled with plenty of items to make you laugh.

We do not mean laugh as in the song is bad but the production of the music video and backdrops are pretty cheesy. Part of the video shows the band playing live as well. “It Always Depends” comes off of the band’s The Columbus EEP Thee EP.

Emery Announces Spring Tour

It’s been too long since Emery‘s gone on tour, and with spring coming around, it just makes sense for the band to head out once more. The Tooth & Nail / Solidstate Records quartet will be heading out for a quick run of the east coast and midwest of the US, and are taking Wolves At The Gate, The Seeking, and Peace Mercutio along for the ride.
